Maintenance Technician Needed
The ideal candidate for this position should be a 'jack of all trades.' A variety of skills is needed in order to provide repairs/maintenance in our 68-unit apartment community: plumbing, painting, a little electrical, HVAC, minimal landscaping. Historically, this position has been from 9:00-5:00, Mon-Fri, but ranges from 30-40 hrs/week. Occasionally, there may be an emergency weekend/evening call, but management screens the calls to avoid after-hour work as much as possible. Other requirements: must own your own tools, have reliable vehicle to use on the property, be willing to have credit and criminal background check.
