We now offer a membership to Management Companies. The annual dues is only $250.00. For this cost your company becomes a member of the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association, and you and your staff can participate in our events and seminars, even your employees from other markets that fall under your company. The Management Company membership is a solution for Regionals and Executives to keep their expenses for their own education and networking separated from the budgets from those on-site. You may also post FREE employment ads through our website if you are need of new staffing at any level. This is also a great membership option for local companies that manage single family homes!
There are many apartment communities in our market that are members of the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association. Dues are charged annually in January, and based on tiers by number of units.
