Building Leadership and Team Excellence with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

This engaging session empowers multifamily housing professionals to discover their unique talents and leadership potential through the innovative LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Designed for hands-on, minds-on learning, participants will enhance self-awareness, uncover their competitive edge, and explore how their leadership style influences team productivity. Whether you’re nurturing entry-level talent or sharpening the skills of current leaders, this experiential course fosters innovation, deep reflection, and meaningful dialogue to build stronger, more effective teams.

Rebecca Rosario, LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator is a multifamily performance consultant and nationally recognized speaker and facilitator, presenting at local and state apartment associations, as well as a recurrent presenter for The National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize Conference. She is President of Full House Marketing, Inc., based in Durham, N.C., Founder of Diversity-Connection, and an ApartMentor. In addition to over 30 self-authored talent development programs, Rebecca facilitates CALP, CAM, and CAPS for NAAEI. She serves on local, state, and national committees focusing on DEI and Apartment Careers. Acknowledgements include induction into the 2021 AANC Hall of Fame, and Globe St. Woman of Influence.
