Kurt Willems
Kurt Willems is a Senior Associate Attorney with Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC, where he represents housing providers and property management professionals in landlord-tenant and related matters.
Kurt brings a distinctive perspective to property management legal education, having served for more than a decade as a Wake County Magistrate, including six years presiding over Small Claims Court. His extensive courtroom experience gives him first hand insight into how legal requirements are applied in practice and the issues that can determine the outcome of a case.
A graduate of North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina School of Law, Kurt has presented continuing legal education programs on small claims procedure and other legal issues affecting the housing industry.
