Through life experiences and a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Marci creates safe spaces to have an open dialogue on diversity and equality in the Multifamily industry as well as navigating today’s climate of tension around the subject of race. She also talks with individuals and teams on how to start a DE&I task force or committee and how best to navigate conversations surrounding both.

About the Instructor: Marci French
Marci French is the VP of Operations with HRG Management Services and an NAAEI faculty member. With 25-years of multifamily experience, she builds, leads, and coaches high performing teams.
With a unique combination of skills, Marci possesses diverse portfolio experience. Her drive has garnered her several industry awards across the nation.
Marci has earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA). She also enjoys giving back to the local associations instructing NALP, CAM, CAPS, and other leadership courses as a member of the NAAEI Faculty. Marci graduated from the NAA Leadership Lyceum in 2015 and currently serves as a member of both the NAAEI Curriculum Development and Diversity and Inclusion Committees.
