Apartment Community & Management Company Teams, and Independent Rental Owners:

Come on out and support your Suppliers and Vendors as they showcase their skills and products for you!

Bring your business cards, get some swag, enter to win prizes, network and have a great time!

Masks are required.

Theme: Wild West - costumes not mandatory - but they are fun! 

NO: guns. Real weapons are not permitted in the venue, and toy/costume guns will not be allowed either!

Event Time 5-8 p.m.

Admission: FREE! You do NOT need to register to attend. Please bring 1 non-perishable item to donate to the Second Harvest Food Bank for entry.

Parking: Crown Expo Building, Sections B + C, follow signage in the parking lot (same building/entrance as the Holly Day Fair)

Entertainment: Music and MC by Paul Bruss of PB Productions

*light appetizers will be served, and bars will take cash or cards.

Suppliers/Vendors:

Theme - Wild West - be creative in your costumes, booth decorations, etc. Not mandatory, but fun!!

Set up time: 12-4 pm. You must set up between these hours.

Event time: 5-8 pm.

Breakdown: After 8 p.m. when the event is over.

Parking and unloading - Crown Expo Center, sections B + C - follow signage on site.

Booths: Booth sales are open until we sell out. The earlier you register, the less your booth is!

Booths must be paid for in full PRIOR to the event. Cancellation/no show fee is $99.00. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled.

Must bring: container to collect business cards in, 1 door prize of minimum $25.00 value.

Will be provided: Table, chairs, electricity, pipe, drape and linens for each booth

Sponsors: you do NOT need to register for a booth.

**If you are a business that has not purchased a booth for this Tradeshow, you may not solicit during this event.
