Join us for an unconventional approach to the Fair Housing “game” in this fun and interactive session where attendees will:

About the Instructor: Terry Ragland
Terry Ragland has worked in the property management industry for 31 years at the property, regional, and corporate levels. As VP of Property Management with Blue Ridge Companies, she oversees management of the company’s third party and new construction portfolio. She does this while taking opportunities to give back to an industry from which she has received so much. She teaches National Apartment Association (NAA) designation classes and seminars for associations across the state, serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the NAA Education Institute (NAAEI) and serves nationally on NAAEI’s Curriculum Development Committee.
Locally, she has served as President of both the Triangle Apartment Association and Triangle Apartment Association Education Foundation boards and has served on the Apartment Association of North Carolina Board of Directors. She currently chairs the AANC Education Committee at the state level and serves as a board member for the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Terry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is a licensed Real estate broker in NC.
