The maintenance technician is directly responsible for guest satisfaction, 'white-glove' aesthetics, assisting with maintenance repairs, maintenance audits (i.e.- smoke detector/lights), painting, power washing, and running errands at an apartment community in Fayetteville, NC.

High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English required. EOE
