2025 GFAA Trade Show

Lights. Cameras. Building Connections.

We're going to the movies, and we want you to join in on the fun. 

Exhibitors: The theme this year is movies. Have fun with it. Whether you show us your favorite movie or take us behind the scenes on set, we can't wait to see you at the show and the direction you take your booth theme!

Owner/Operator Attendees: Dressing the part is encouraged, but never required. Come as your favorite character. Dress up as a director. Either way, come out and have some fun!

Trade Show Hours

• Exhibitor set-up: Noon - 4:30 PM
• Show hours: 5-7:30 PM
  • Prize drawings will start at 7 PM

Booth Visitation Card: Before entering the trade show floor, be sure to stop by the GFAA registration table to pick up your booth visitation card. Stop by every booth and then return your completed card back to the GFAA table by 6:45 PM. 

Prizes include: 

• $500 cash
• $300 cash
• 50" Insignia Smart TV with Amazon Fire and a voice activated Alexa remote

Participation Prizes: 

• Attendees will be judged on these categories, with prized given to the top winner:
  
  • Best Individual Costume (Attendee): winner will receive 1 complimentary ticket to the 2025 Annual Meeting & Seminar
  • Best Group Costume (Attendees): the winning team will receive a complimentary lunch
