2023 Member Dues Letter - Owner/Operators
Dear GFAA Members,
The 2023 membership dues will be invoiced to your property and/or management company no later than January 1, 2023. Your invoice will be sent via email. The payment should be remitted no later than March 31, 2023. Owner/Operator dues will be a flat rate between $200-$450 per property plus $2.29 per unit, and management company dues will remain at the 2022 rate of $250. Supplier member dues have increased to $400 annually.
2023 Annual Dues Structure for Apartment Communities
- 0-100 units $200.00 plus $2.29 per unit
- 101-249 units $350.00 plus $2.29 per unit
- 250 + units $450.00 plus $2.29 per unit
Management Company: $250
Membership with the Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association (GFAA) also comprises of membership with the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). GFAA dues contain the due structure for both AANC and NAA. This year AANC and NAA increased their dues for both Owner/Operators and Supplier members. However, GFAA did not increase the 2023 dues for property and management members.
GFAA will continue to host monthly meetings and events. Event costs will range from free socials and coffees to ticketed signature events. Education and NAA Designation classes will be offered throughout 2023 based on membership interest. View the calendar under Education/Events to see upcoming classes and events.
