2023 Board of Directors: Executive Officer Candidate Slate
The Greater Fayetteville Apartment Association’s annual membership meeting is on November 17, 2022. This meeting will be held during the luncheon, from 11:30 AM – 1 PM at the Highland Country Club.

The GFAA is also accepting nominations for these positions from the Membership, referred to as floor nominations. These floor nominations must be received in writing to info@mygfaa.org, no less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the annual meeting. Please note, that you cannot nominate yourself for a position, the person nominated must be a member of the GFAA in good standing, and the positions of Vice President and President cannot be filled by a supplier member.
Each direct member and associate member shall name one (1) delegate and one (1) alternate delegate entitled to vote at the annual meeting. Each member whose membership has not been suspended or revoked, and whose dues are fully paid to the date of the meeting, shall be entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to a vote of members. The vote of the majority of members entitled to vote on any matter at a meeting of members at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the members on that matter unless the vote of a greater number is required by law or by the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws of the Association. Voting on all matters shall be by voice vote or show of hands unless otherwise provided by these Bylaws or unless twenty-five percent (25%) of the members entitled to vote at the meeting, shall, prior to the voting on any matter, demand a ballot vote on that particular matter.
