Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily
operations of both commercial and multi-family properties. This role involves
maintaining property standards, managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance
activities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong
property management skills, technical ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional
service.
Duties
 Lead tenant communication efforts to address concerns promptly and foster
positive relationships.
 Supervise staff involved in maintenance management, ensuring adherence to
operational procedures.
 Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC,
electrical, low voltage, and high voltage equipment.
 Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and preventive
maintenance.
 Manage vendor relationships and help oversee projects.
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a well kept property.
Skills
 Proven property management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
 Experience with Rent Manager or similar software for lead,tenant and
communication tracking.
 Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination and tenant
interactions.
 Project management skills to help oversee upgrades or repairs.

Pay:
 $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
 Property management: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
 Real Estate License (Preferred)
 Real Estate Broker License (Preferred)
 Certified Property Manager Certification (Preferred)
