Updated 2026 Budget Memo: Education & Events Pricing & Dates

As we look toward the end of one year and the start of the next, I want to be sure to highlight the planning our association is doing for you. Driven by the GFAA Supplier Council, 2026 will be about Restructuring | Rebuiling | Connecting.

A few key event changes for you to be mindful of when planning your next year:

• Town Hall: Kick off the year with GFAA in January and join us for our first association Town Hall. This event will include a market update, a multifamily panel, and an association orientation. This will be a great opportunity to connect with members, learn about the value of doing business with members, and making the most of your association experience.
• From your feedback, we are shaking things up. On even years, we will look to host a Reverse Trade Show, getting our supplier members in front of their desired audience. And, the odd years, we will continue to host the traditional trade show.
• There will be additional opportunities for you to meet with suppliers and for suppliers to exhibit including a summer networking event, and the end of the year Annual Meeting.
